Our agents of awesomeness are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

How much is shipping?

We like to keep it simple! All orders ship for a flat rate of only $4.95.

How long does it take to get my order?

Orders placed by 12PM PST will usually ship the same day and most customers receive their orders within 1-4 days.

Can I track the status of my order?

Of course you can! Simply log into your account to get the latest on your order status.

Who will be delivering my order?

We ship via UPS, USPS, & FedEx to provide you with the fastest and most reliable service available.

Do I need to be there to sign for it?

Nope! If you're not home, the driver will leave the package at your door.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Sorry, we don't ship to P.O. boxes.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet! At this time we only ship within the contiguous US.

Who pays for returns and exchanges?

The customer is responsible for ( the actual cost of shipping in the event of a refund ) & ( the cost of shipping in both directions in the event of a merchandise exchange ).
